So once again the question comes around: Is the break-up of Belgium imminent?
I was watching BBC World TV’s interviewing Yves Leterme the current Belgian (caretaker) Prime Minister, the other day. Amongst other things, he was talking about possible future scenarios for Belgium. Scenarios which involved the issue of more independence for Flanders and Wallonia and the possible dissolution of Belgium at least as it exists now.
